Nancy Avalos
Background
I am a native of San Francisco, California. In 2015, my husband received a fantastic job offer in the Seattle area, prompting our move to the beautiful city of Sammamish with our two youngest children. While we left our hearts in San Francisco, we've grown to love and appreciate the stunning landscapes and endless opportunities for exploration that Washington State offers.
In 2018, our family experienced a serious car accident, thankfully without hospitalization, but leaving my husband with post-concussion symptoms. This led us to discover Uplift Yourself, where we found Ren Xue—a practice that helped us see significant improvements in our well-being. This journey underscored the importance of a balanced family-work life. Additionally, in the fall of 2020, I left my nine-year high-tech career to join Uplift's team, where I'm grateful to work with wonderful people who feel like family.
Practicing Ren Xue has profoundly changed my perspective on life, and I am passionate about helping others find their inner joy and peace for a healthier lifestyle.
