Kelly invited me to join the beginner series as she thought it could help with some of my injuries. I didn’t understand Qi Gong or Ren Xue but had always been open minded about new modalities so I thought I would give it a try. As I started to better understand the connection between my thoughts and my health I quickly realized that health was only a small part of the overall story. Qi Gong and Ren Xue became a tool for figuring out what made me tick and what I wanted from my life. Though I had made a lot of progress in my life there were other areas where I felt constant frustration. Qi Gong and Ren Xue helped me better see the connection between my mind, my patterns, my reactions, my emotions and my health. It also gave me a mindfulness practice that I could draw upon to clear those patterns. That understanding along with my practice has made me much more adept at being able to experience deep seeded joy and peace.
