When people ask what we do and we reply with "I'm a qigong instructor!", we can often get a response of furrowed brows and a head tilt. Lately we've heard a little more "Oh yeah, I've heard of that. I think . . ." For the most part it is still a practice that is not quite well-known in the day-to-day world. If you're someone who practices Qigong, sometimes it can be hard to explain to others what it is that you're doing. There are so many different styles and benefits, it's tempting to want to sit down and spill out an hour-long explanation.
